Privacy Policy

Team24, Inc. ("Team24," "we," "us") provides an AI marketing team that works inside Slack and Microsoft Teams. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to team24.io, app.team24.io, and related services.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• You give it to us. Waitlist email, name, company, account details, billing information, briefs, files, and messages you send to Team24 or our agents.
• Your workspace gives it to us. If you connect Slack or Microsoft Teams, we receive the workspace, channel, and message content needed to run your agents, plus files you attach in those threads.
• We collect it automatically. Device and log data, usage of the product, cookies or similar identifiers on our sites, and approximate location derived from IP address.

2. How we use information

We use this information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve Team24, including agent replies, research, copy, design, and campaign work.
• Process prompts and workspace content through our AI providers so agents can do the job you asked for.
• Create and manage your account, credits, and billing.
• Send product, waitlist, and service messages. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
• Keep the service secure, debug issues, and meet legal obligations.

3. AI processing

Agent work is processed by cloud AI providers acting on our behalf, currently including Google Cloud Vertex AI. Content you share in a job (briefs, URLs, Slack or Teams messages, files) may be sent to those providers solely to generate the requested output. We do not sell your prompts or workspace content. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share with a vendor.

4. When we share information

We share information with service providers who help us run Team24, such as hosting, database, authentication, messaging (Slack, Microsoft), AI inference, analytics, and error monitoring. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We may also share information if required by law, to protect Team24 or others, or as part of a merger or sale of the business. We do not sell personal information.

5. Retention

We keep account, project, and workspace data while your workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterward so you can reopen work and we can meet legal, security, and accounting needs. Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to delete them or we close the list. You can request deletion at the contact below.

6. Your choices

• Update or delete account information in the product where available.
• Disconnect Slack or Teams from Team24 to stop new workspace access.
• Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by writing to us.
• Request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing hello@team24.io.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to appeal a refusal. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to sign you in, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking some cookies may affect sign-in.

8. Children

Team24 is for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will change, and continued use of Team24 after an update means you accept the revised policy.
