Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a contract between you and Team24, Inc. for use of team24.io, app.team24.io, our Slack and Microsoft Teams apps, and related services (together, "Team24"). By using Team24 you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Team24 for a company, you represent that you can bind that company.

1. The service

Team24 is an AI marketing department: specialized agents that research, plan, write, design, and coordinate work inside Slack or Microsoft Teams. Output is generated by machine-learning models. It can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing it before you publish, spend, or rely on it.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate account information and keep access credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and in connected Slack or Teams workspaces. If you connect a workspace, you confirm you have authority to grant Team24 the permissions requested.

3. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use Team24 for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful marketing, including spam or unauthorized ads.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
• Attempt to extract model weights, probe other customers' data, or disrupt the service.
• Resell or wrap Team24 as your own product without our written consent.
• Submit personal data of children or special-category data that our providers are not meant to process.

4. Your content and our output

You keep ownership of briefs, files, and other materials you provide ("Customer Content"). You grant Team24 a license to host, process, and display Customer Content as needed to provide the service, including sending it to subprocessors and AI providers. As between you and Team24, you own the deliverables generated for you, subject to third-party rights (for example, stock, fonts, or platform terms). Team24 may use de-identified, aggregated usage data to improve the product.

5. Credits, plans, and payment

Paid features may use credits or a subscription. Fees are due as shown at checkout. Unused credits may expire as described in the product. Taxes are extra unless stated. We may change prices with notice for future periods.

6. Third-party services

Slack, Microsoft Teams, ad platforms, and other integrations are governed by their own terms. Team24 is not those companies. Outages or policy changes on their side can affect Team24.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's non-public information with reasonable care and use it only to perform under these Terms, except where disclosure is required by law.

8. Disclaimers

Team24 is provided "as is." We do not warrant that agents will meet a particular marketing result, that output is error-free, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Team24 and its people will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Team24 is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid us.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Team24 against claims arising from your Customer Content, your marketing campaigns, or your misuse of the service.

11. Term and termination

These Terms last until you or we end them. You may stop using Team24 and disconnect integrations at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we shut down the service. Sections that should survive (including 4, 7, 8, 9, and 10) will survive.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the new Terms.

13. General

These Terms are the entire agreement for Team24. They are governed by the laws of the United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale.
